In a nutshell: at 25 I was working alongside 21 other care experienced people and a few Scottish charities to petition the Scottish Parliament for law change, I lost social work support at 21 after years of trying to make my own tenancy work. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is my belief that 21 is far too young to cut people off and that even by 25 I wasn’t quite ready to be alone and self sufficient, luckily I had a lot of friends to lean on and was working with several charities to try and implement change, this kept me going.
