Scott came to live with Lydia and her family when he was five years old. He was adopted by another family shortly after his sixth birthday. After being adopted, Scott grew up as an only child. When he was older, he decided to contact his brother and build a relationship with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the latest video in our new series of honest conversations about care. The series explores topics including leaving care, living independently, reconnecting with family members, starting a career and homelessness.
