Chelsea lived with Lydia and her family until she was nine. Moving around a lot when she was younger affected her education. She has now left the care system and is training to be a football coach with Tottenham Hotspur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the third video in our new series of honest conversations about care.
