Description: i think employers should be encouraged, perhaps with some financial incentive, to take more young people on for work experience as this is a very important step for helping young people make decisions about their careers but it is often hard to find a good placement.

Description: if snow happens the parliament state school secretary should decide whether schools should close in a particular country/area as this would make life easier for parents because all schools would be closed.
arrangements for children can be made.

Description: i want pupils in my school to have a say on which new headteacher should come into the school. Normally the governers would pick, but pupils have a better insight. i already noticed that in my rights on the UN convention article twelve should allow children to parcitipate in the decision making of decisions that may affect them.
please email me back with any support or ideas,
