Organogram and staff pay data for Office of the Children's Commissioner
Visit the Department for Education website to download the Office of the Children's Commissioner's organogram that provides a pictorial representation of the organisation and the costs associated with each of its functions.
There are also three supporting datasets (in a CSV file format) that comprise the following:
- senior staff posts dataset - provides a job description for each of the senior posts at the arm's length body and details of who they report to
- junior staff posts dataset and their payscales - provides the number of full-time equivalent junior staff reporting to each senior post, as well as the payscales for each grade
- senior staff salaries - provides information on the remuneration associated with senior posts at the arm's length body.
Children's Rights Director for England (OCRD)
The OCRD has responsibility for 'Looked after children' and listening to what children and young people who live away from home have to say about how they are looked after. They can advice children in care how to voice a complaint about a Local authority.

The Children's Legal Centre provides free independent legal advice to children. The free phone line enables children and young people to access free advice and information on all legal matters.
They also have a website that provides a wide range of information to children and young people about their legal rights and the laws affecting them.

Office of the Children's Commissioner's evidence on behaviour and discipline in schools
The Office of the Children's Commmissioner submitted evidence to the Education Select Committee on discipline and behaviour in schools in October 2010. This has been published on the Parliament UK website.
